Upon meeting with a client and reviewing major concerns, we conduct a full audit of their current communications profile to allow us to provide the best possible solutions. We present the client with a proposal and recommendation of carriers covering all current products, plus recommendations for growth, if needed.

Local Phone Service- With a complete set of calling features and calling plans, we tailor the exact solutions for our clients. A client may choose a staple in the market POTS lines or they may decide on Centrex lines. Centrex was originally designed for smaller businesses with basic phones wanting features traditionally afforded by larger more costly PBX systems.  An example of these features would be 3 way conferencing, call transfer, call forwarding or even 3 or 4 digit dialing between stations or even locations if geographically feasible.

Long Distance Service- We negotiate comprehensive, competitively priced long distance rates for our clients. Switched, dedicated inbound/outbound and international rates can be extremely aggressive. When reviewing you calling patterns, it may benefit your company to strategically place unlimited calling plans on high use lines. Our clients also have the option to customize account codes to further reduce costs within their organization.

Integrated T-1 Service- This service allows a smaller business to gain dedicated internet access without the high cost of a full circuit. This is the solution that many companies turn to provided they have 12 phone lines or less with a need for a truly dedicated internet line for data.

Internet Access- A business of any size needs reliable and faster service in the marketplace and we secure the best solutions available. Many business owners are challenged with choosing which of the many ways to access the internet makes the best sense for their business.

There are several ways to access the internet. Many of the services are geographically limited like DSL which is distance sensitive and Fixed Wireless Broadband requiring line of sight. Cable/Broadband often has limitations for some companies as it may not be extended to their building.  T-1/DSx services range in cost, depending on the local loop costs.
