At Totalcom, our integrity is structured on our client-partnership relationship.  We not only present the carrier options available to our clients, we make sure the options are explained and simplified.  With the increased choices available today, some carriers do not provide a clear solution to fit the exact needs of a client.  The Totalcom Group represents a host of diverse providers to furnish our clients with the appropriate solutions for their business needs.  We look forward to providing new clients with the solutions they desire and need for their future.

Bandwidth.com- This carrier specializes in data solutions, running business quality VOIP solutions.

BCN Telecom- They are a CLEC specializing in Local and Long distance service.
Their footprint is most of the Eastern U.S.

Broadview Networks- A CLEC that provides Local, long distance, integrated access, as well as VOIP.  Their network footprint is form Maine to Washington D.C.

DSCI- DSCI is one of the New England region's premier telecommunications providers serving business communities from Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. With its carrier-class network, DSCI provides both state-of-the-art IP-based services as well as traditional voice and data services.

Granite Communications- A CLEC, reseller with National network agreements. This allows a client to have multiple locations through the U.S. to work with one carrier and one single bill.

New Horizon Communications- A CLEC, that holds wholesale agreements with multiple carriers. This allows the client to have several providers, or one, depending on the size and structure of your company. The providers they represent are Verizon, Fairpoint, Paetec, Broadview, AT&T, XO Communications, One Communications, Sovernet Communications, Access Northeast, COVAD, A+ Conferencing and Level 3 Communications.

One Communications- A CLEC, covering the Northeastern U.S. They have multiple solutions for the small to medium sized businesses, including integrated products.

Paetec- A CLEC, often working wth complex solutions for the medium to large businesses. They are a very responsive and dedicated to the solutions they represent.

Sovernet- A CLEC with a small specialized network serving the state of Vermont. Intergrated voice and data solutions are available, many over DSL.

Verizon/Fairpoint- One of the original operating companies, they now have a global network.

XO Communications- XO Business Services provides leading voice, data, converged, and managed services for businesses and enterprises who need a proven, responsive, and cost-effective alternative to the phone company monopolies.
